How do I become a Member?
Complete an Application Form online or in store or download the MYER one Mobile App and follow the prompts.

How do I request an Additional Card?
The quickest and easiest way to request an Additional Card is to visit myerone.com.au, sign in and follow the simple instructions. Alternatively you can call us on 13 67 17 and we'll do it for you or request an Additional Card through the MYER one Mobile App.
You will normally receive the Additional Card within 2 to 3 weeks of request. If you are a MYER one Mobile App user, once your Additional Cardholder receives their plastic MYER one Card, they can also download the MYER one Mobile App and login to have access to an electronic (virtual) Card.

What do I do if I lose my MYER one Card?
Please notify us of lost/stolen or destroyed cards either online at myerone.com.au or by calling the MYER one Customer Service Centre on 13 67 17. You will normally receive your replacement card within 2 to 3 weeks of notification. If you are a MYER one Mobile App registered user and have lost your phone, please call the MYER one Customer Service Centre on 13 67 17 and we will assist you to retrieve your Membership number and you can download the MYER one Mobile App for your new smartphone.

How do I become a Silver, Gold or Platinum MYER one Member?
You will become a Silver MYER one Member if you (together with any Additional Cardholder) spend $1500 - $5999 at Myer in a Membership Year, or a Gold MYER one Member if you (together with any Additional Cardholder) spend $6000 or more at Myer in a Membership Year. A Membership Year commences 1 April and ends 31 March. Platinum MYER one Members will be invited to join the Platinum tier of membership at the Myer CEO's discretion.

Can I be upgraded or downgraded?
Members are reviewed for upgrade to Silver and Gold Membership daily, based on spend at Myer from 1 April of the current Membership Year. At the end of the next Membership Year on 31 March, Members who have not spent the required amount during that Membership Year will be downgraded to the appropriate level. Members are reviewed for upgrade to Platinum Membership quarterly, at the Myer CEO’s discretion. Platinum Members will be reviewed for renewal or downgrade to the appropriate MYER one Membership level annually.

Do purchases on my Myer Visa Card influence my MYER one Membership level?
Your Membership level is determined by your spend (together with your Additional Cardholder's spend) at Myer only, so any purchases on your Myer Visa Card outside Myer or with an Affiliate are not included when determining your MYER one Membership level.

How do I earn Shopping Credits?
As a MYER one Member, you (together with any Additional Cardholder) earn 2 Shopping Credits for every Dollar you spend at Myer. Some Myer Concessions are excluded. Shopping Credits are not earned on purchases
of Myer gift cards, lay-by and credit card payments.
You (together with any Additional Cardholder) earn Shopping Credits
at participating Affiliates of the MYER one Program. The number of
Shopping Credits earned at an Affiliate may vary depending on the Affiliate.
A minimum spend or special conditions may apply.

Shopping Credits are also earned when a Myer Visa Card or Myer Card
is used, as described further below. You also have the ability to earn additional Shopping Credits from time to time through special promotions.

How do Shopping Credits become
MYER one Reward Cards?
Each quarter, for every 2000 Shopping Credits you've earned, your Shopping Credits will be automatically converted into a $20 MYER one Reward Card. We will either send you a MYER one Reward Card, or if
you have registered for the MYER one Mobile App, an electronic (virtual) MYER one Reward Card will be sent directly to your mobile phone.
The more Shopping Credits you earn, the greater the value of the
MYER one Reward Card you will receive. For example, if you earn 4000 MYER one Shopping Credits, you will receive a $40 MYER one Reward Card. To see your progress towards your next MYER one Reward Card,
visit myerone.com.au or use your MYER one Mobile App.

How many Shopping Credits do I receive when
I use my Myer Visa Card?
You earn 1 Shopping Credit per Dollar for all purchases made with your Myer Visa Card at Myer. That's a total of 3 Shopping Credits per Dollar when used with your MYER one Card.
You also earn 1 Shopping Credit per Dollar spent outside
of Myer with your Myer Visa Card, which is capped at 2000 Shopping Credits per month.

How many Shopping Credits do I receive when
I use my Myer Card?

There are a limited number of Myer Concessions within Myer where Shopping Credits cannot be earned. For a full list of the excluded Myer Concessions, please visit myerone.com.au.

If you want to treat someone else, you can give your plastic

Do MYER one Reward Cards expire?
Yes, MYER one Reward Cards expire 2 years from the issue date printed on the MYER one Reward Card. You will find an expiry date or issue date printed on the back of your plastic MYER one Reward Card. If you are registered for the MYER one Mobile App, the issue date and expiry date will be clearly displayed on each electronic (virtual) MYER one Reward Card.

How can I change my password?
You can change your password online at myerone.com.au
by logging in using the Member Login page, selecting
‘my membership details’ from the toolbar at the left of the page, and then selecting ‘password’ from the menu. You can also change your password via the MYER one Mobile App by selecting ‘Settings’ followed by ‘Change password’.

How do I update my details?
You can update your profile online at myerone.com.au by logging in using the Member Login page, selecting ‘my membership details’ from the toolbar at the left of the page and then selecting ‘contact’ details or via the MYER one Mobile App by selecting ‘Settings’ followed by ‘Update your details.’ Where possible, requests made by telephone or post will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt at the MYER one Customer Service Centre.

Can I join the MYER one Program using the

Yes, you can join MYER one using the MYER one Mobile App. Once you have downloaded the MYER one Mobile App, select
‘join now’ and simply fill out your details and we will process your
MYER one Membership.

If I join the MYER one Program using the MYER one Mobile App, will I receive a plastic MYER one Card?
No. If you join MYER one using the MYER one Mobile App, you will have access to an electronic (virtual) MYER one Card. However,
if you order an Additional Card, your Additional Cardholder will receive
a plastic MYER one Card and can either use this plastic card or use the card number to login to the MYER one Mobile App and then have
access to an electronic (virtual) MYER one Card.

How do I log into the MYER one Mobile App?
If you are an existing MYER one Member, you can log into the
MYER one Mobile App on your smartphone by using your
MYER one Card number and online password. Once you have completed registration on the MYER one Mobile App, your electronic (virtual) card will be available straight away.

I do not have a password on my MYER one account. How do I log in?
You can login online at myerone.com.au by selecting ‘Login now’ from the member login page and then enter your MYER one Card number and follow the prompts to set up a password. Once you have successfully set up a password, you can use this password to login to the MYER one Mobile App. Alternatively, you can enter your MYER one Card number on the member login page of the MYER one Mobile App and follow the prompts to set up a password.

The MYER one Mobile App has asked if I wish
to accept Push Notifications. What do I do?
Push Notifications will notify you of sale events, offers and when
you receive MYER one Reward Cards. To receive Push Notifications, please select ‘Ok’.

If I register as a MYER one Mobile App user,
will I still receive my MYER one Reward Cards
in the mail?
No, once you have registered as a MYER one Mobile App user,
your MYER one quarterly rewards, (including your MYER one
Reward Cards), will be sent directly to your mobile phone.

What if I am eligible for a MYER one Reward Card
but can’t see it in my MYER one Mobile App?
MYER one Reward Cards are sent quarterly (see Program Quarters).
Please ensure you have the latest version of the MYER one Mobile
App in order to view your MYER one Reward Card. If you still cannot
view your MYER one Reward Card, please call the MYER one
Customer Service Centre on 13 67 17.

My Shopping Credit balance seems inaccurate.
How often does it update?
Your MYER one Shopping Credit balance will update within 48 hours. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for purchases outside of Myer. Your smartphone requires internet connectivity to refresh your balance.

I receive an error when using the MYER one
Mobile App. Why is this?
The MYER one Mobile App requires an Internet connection. If you are receiving errors in the MYER one Mobile App, check your network coverage and try again. If you have ongoing issues with the MYER one Mobile App, please contact our MYER one Customer Service Centre

I am an Additional Cardholder. Can I log into the MYER one Mobile App?
Yes, you can log into the MYER one Mobile App. You will not need
a password so just enter your MYER one Card number. Your access
will be limited to information for your card only (and will not include information of the primary cardholder).

I am a MYER one Mobile App user
and I have lost my phone. What should I do?
Please call the MYER one Customer Service Centre on 13 67 17.

I no longer wish to be a MYER one Mobile App user. What should I do?
Please call the MYER one Customer Service Centre on 13 67 17.
A Customer Service Representative will be able to de-register you
as a MYER one Mobile App user and issue you with a replacement
plastic card. You can then delete the MYER one Mobile App.
This will not cancel your Membership to the MYER one Program.
If you continue to hold a plastic MYER one Card, begin using it
for all future purchases at Myer.
